Our space is WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE — no step in and an accessible gender-neutral bathroom on the main floor

Payment Options: We accept credit card or PayPal. You will receive a payment link with your invoice

Parking: We are nestled in an industrial/residential area, there is limited parking during the weekdays- several spots available during evenings/weekends

Kitchen and Amenities: There is a full PA System and backline for concerts, performances & DJs. Clients can choose to bring in a caterer, or use our kitchen. We have a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, and dishwasher. Our kitchen has casual dinnerware, stemware, glasses, cutlery, serving & cooking materials, and serving utensils. We have two single gender neutral bathrooms, one accessible the other upstairs

Are you planning to serve alcohol at your event? No problem, you can easily get a special event license from AGCO HERE and be sure to share your permit with us in advance

Furniture: All furnishings can be moved, we just ask that you return them to how you found the Studio when your event is over. Additional furnishing - tables, chairs, high tops can be rented at the renters expense

Free WIFI is available throughout The Unity Studio for visitors
