Our space is an open concept, modern, welcoming venue that will make you feel at ease and wow your guests. Perfect for business/corporate events, product launches, adult birthday parties, anniversaries, engagement parties, Baby Showers, Professional Concert and CD Release parties.

We offer a Bespoke Wedding Package (Please inquire).

There is a full PA System and backline for concerts, performances & DJs. Clients can choose to bring in a caterer, or use our full kitchen.

VENUE RENTAL OPTIONS
You design & Create your OWN EVENT

$300 per hour, +$240 cleaning Fee , 4 hour Minimum

If you don’t see an option that suits your needs, please get in touch so we can discuss customizing a rental option for you.

Formal/seated Private Event

  • Corporate event, Fundraiser, or Wedding

  • Bookings between 3 PM-2AM; minimum 4-hour booking

  • Full-kitchen included & outside catering allowed.

  • Up to 65 person capacity for seated meals

  • Sound set up available for dancing, karaoke, DJ & video projection

  • Stemware, cutlery, plates, banquet chairs and tables available for use. Some external equipment rentals may be required.

Private Event

  • Adult Birthday, Anniversary, Engagement Party, Corporate Mixers, Product Launches

  • Bookings between 3 PM-2AM, minimum 4-hour booking

  • Sound set up available for dancing, karaoke, DJ & video projection

  • Use of kitchen - family style or buffet

Concert/ Album release Party

  • Full music back line inc. 12 Channel PA system, Tuned Upright Piano, drum kit, microphones & stands, Bass Amp, Guitar Amp, Subwoofer, Stage Monitor

  • Minimum 4-hour booking

Photo or Film Studio Venue Rental

  • Minimum 4-hour booking

BOOKING NOTES:

  • All rates are effective January 1st, 2024.

  • Our space is WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE - no step in and an accessible gender neutral bathroom on the main floor

  • Interested? Inquire: To make an inquiry fill out our inquiry form above and we’ll email you back at our earliest convenience. All bookings include a signed rental agreement. We offer a standard 30 day cancellation policy.

  • Payment Options: We accept credit card or PayPal. You will receive a payment link with your invoice.

  • Parking:  We are nestled in an industrial/residential area, there is limited parking during the weekdays- several spots available during evenings/weekends.

  • Kitchen and Amenities: We have a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, and dishwasher. Our kitchen has casual dinnerware, stemware, glasses, cutlery, serving & cooking materials, and serving utensils. We have two single gender neutral bathrooms, one accessible the other upstairs.

  • Are you planning to serve alcohol at your event? No problem, you can easily get a special event license from AGCO HERE and be sure to share your permit with us in advance.

  • Furniture: All furnishings can be moved, we just ask that you return them to how you found the Studio when your event is over. Additional furnishing - tables, chairs, high tops can be rented at the renters expense.

  • Free WIFI is available throughout The Unity Studio for visitors.
